Growing Inferno Chilli in Sydney
Choose a warm, sunny position receiving plenty of direct sunlight. Chilli plants grow best in fertile, well-drained soil with good drainage.
Water regularly, particularly during hot weather and while the plant is flowering and producing fruit. Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid prolonged waterlogging.
Feed with a quality vegetable or fruiting fertiliser during active growth to support flowering and fruit production.
Chillies are warm-season plants, so protect them from cold weather and frost. In Sydney, they perform particularly well during the warmer months.
