Moringa oleifera thrives in tropical and subtropical climates. It prefers well-drained sandy or loamy soil and can tolerate poor soil conditions, including those of low nutrient content. The tree is drought-resistant and grows well in areas with annual rainfall ranging from 250 to 1500 mm.


Culinary Uses:

  • Leaves: Rich in vitamins and minerals, the leaves can be cooked and eaten like spinach or dried and powdered to be added to soups and sauces.
